At Kawaii Bomb, we want you to be completely happy with your adorable purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window:

You have the right to return your items within 30 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  
   

Return Shipping:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange a free return for you and provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
• Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return the item using our pre-paid shipping label. A return shipping fee of $9.99 USD / €9.99 EUR / £9.99 GBP / 9.99 CAD / 9.99 AUD (or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you are welcome to use a shipping service of your choice at your own expense.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
   
• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.  
   

Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.  
   
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
  • Delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Delays or non-delivery due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a pre-paid shipping label if applicable.
3. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are well-protected.
4. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier’s location.
